I, William Harold Day of the City of London in the County of Middlesex in the Province of Ontario Time Keeper make oath and say as follows:

That, for the space of fifteen days immediately preceding the date of this affidavit, William Harold Day has jad my usual place of abode within the Province of Ontario,

That I believe there is no affinity, consanguinity, prior marriage or other lawful cause or legal impediment to bar or hinder the solemnization of the marriage; and

That the contents set forth herein are to the best of my knowledge, information and belief, true in every particular:
